Call for Applications: Unilever FUCA 2026 for Nigerian Students (₦90k Monthly)

Unilever Nigeria is inviting applications from undergraduates across Nigerian universities and polytechnics for the 2026 edition of the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador (FUCA) Program, a prestigious leadership and career development initiative offering participants a ₦90,000 monthly stipend.

The FUCA Program is designed to discover, engage, and empower young changemakers who are passionate about leadership, innovation, and community impact. Organized in collaboration with UNICEF, the initiative provides a platform for students to represent Unilever Nigeria on their campuses, lead social impact projects, and promote sustainability-driven campaigns.

About the Program
Through the FUCA Program, selected ambassadors will act as Unilever’s representatives within their schools, driving awareness of Unilever’s values, brands, and sustainability agenda. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in project management, communication, and entrepreneurship through structured training, mentorship, and real-world assignments.
The program aims to nurture a network of youth leaders who are ready to drive transformation across communities and industries in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria
