Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements:

Applicants must be indigenes of Ikot Abasi LGA.

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Nigerian tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, college of education, or college of nursing).

Must have completed at least one academic session in their institution.

Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship award.

Must demonstrate good character and discipline, and be free from involvement in cultism or illegal activities.
Academic Requirements:

For university students: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).

For polytechnic or college of nursing students: Minimum of Upper Credit.

For college of education students: Minimum of Merit.
Continuity Requirement:
Awardees must submit their academic results at the start of each new session to retain eligibility. Any drop in academic performance or breach of conduct rules will lead to withdrawal of the scholarship.
