The countdown has begun for the Ekiti State University (EKSU) Trade Fair, billed as the biggest market storm of the year, set to hold on Tuesday, August 27, 2025.
According to the Students’ Union Public Relations Officer, Mr. Oyeleke, the event will take place at the Open Ground behind TMA from 10:00 a.m., with free entry for all.
Organisers promise a vibrant mix of commerce, entertainment, and networking opportunities. Vendors are expected to showcase a variety of goods and services ranging from bold fashion, fine food, and fragrances to discounted deals.
The Trade Fair will also feature live music performances, interactive sessions, and opportunities for students and visitors to connect with potential business partners.
“This is where money will move, vibes will flow, and taste buds will thank you,” the SU Welfare Director, who is overseeing vendor coordination, said in a statement.
Students and visitors can join the official WhatsApp group for updates and vendor information, while vendor registration remains open.
With the theme #EksuTradeFair25, the fair is expected to draw large crowds and foster both economic and social engagement within the EKSU community.
