Young professionals passionate about Intellectual Property (IP), innovation, and sustainable development are invited to apply for the 2026/2027 WIPO Young Experts Program (YEP), a prestigious two-year career development opportunity fully funded in Geneva, Switzerland.
Organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the program selects a group of early-career talents from around the world to work hands-on with WIPO’s strategic and technical initiatives, while gaining exposure to global collaboration and multilateral frameworks that shape IP and economic growth.
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of 5,000 Swiss Francs, along with travel support, medical and accident insurance contributions, and possible assistance with visa and accommodation arrangements.

To be eligible, applicants must:

Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application

Hold a university degree and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, research, and organizational skills

Be proficient in English (written and spoken)

Have knowledge or experience in IP, creativity, or innovation sectors
