The Federal Government has opened applications for the YouthCred Financial Empowerment 2025, a youth-focused loan initiative designed to provide collateral-free access to credit and financial education for young Nigerians.
YouthCred targets Nigerians aged 18 to 39, whether employed, running a business, or serving as NYSC corps members, with exclusive packages available. The program offers loan amounts ranging from ₦5,000 to ₦5 million, depending on the applicant’s financial profile and repayment history.

No collateral or guarantors are required. Borrowers can choose flexible repayment plans from 1 to 24 months, while opportunities to access higher loan limits are unlocked through on-time repayments and completion of YouthCred’s financial literacy modules.
This initiative aims to build a stronger credit culture and equip Nigerian youth with the tools to achieve financial independence.
