The Oratorio Music Foundation, in partnership with The Polytechnic Ibadan’s Students’ Union Government (SUG), will host a high-impact drug awareness concert tagged “Save and Sound” on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the school’s Assembly Hall by 11:00 AM.
The event is convened by renowned advocate Dr. Oyindamola Adejumo-Ayibiowu, who is spearheading the campaign for a drug-free campus.
The concert will combine entertainment with education, featuring NDLEA experts delivering critical insights on substance abuse, alongside live musical performances, comedy, dance showcases, and surprise celebrity appearances.
“This is more than just a concert, it’s a movement,” said Dr. Adejumo-Ayibiowu. “Through ‘Save and Sound,’ we’re using music and creativity to empower students to reject drugs and embrace healthier choices.”
The free event is open to all students and the public, with organizers anticipating a massive turnout. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for the best experience.
