The Global Youth Climate Action Fund (GYCAF) is now accepting applications for the 2025 Microgrants Program, offering fully funded grants of $500 to $1,000 to youth-led climate initiatives around the world. This marks the third round of the GYCAF microgrants, designed to empower young changemakers driving environmental solutions in vulnerable communities.
At the heart of GYCAF’s mission is the goal to equip youth with funding and tools for green entrepreneurship, aligned with global efforts to limit global temperature rise below 2°C and mobilize climate finance by 2025.
Who Can Apply
The opportunity is open to:

Youth-led organizations with at least 80% of leadership aged 18–35;

Applicants with a clear grassroots engagement track record;

Projects that are either new or scaling existing environmental efforts;

Initiatives that present measurable social and environmental impact;

Proposals with realistic plans, timelines, and budget frameworks.
