Are you passionate about artificial intelligence (AI) and ready to build a career in one of the most in-demand fields? The Ogun State Government, through its Ministry of Science and Technology, in partnership with the Bosun Tijani Foundation, is now accepting applications for the Gen AI Talent Accelerator Fellowship.
This intensive six-month, in-person training programme—set to begin on July 21, 2025, in Abeokuta—is designed to empower young Nigerians with the technical and practical skills needed to thrive in the world of artificial intelligence. Participants will receive a ₦50,000 monthly stipend, provided they meet the full attendance and learning progression requirements.
With two specialized learning tracks, the fellowship allows applicants to choose a path that aligns with their goals:

AI Engineering Track: Focused on training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models using tools like MLOps, SageMaker, Docker, and advanced infrastructure systems.

AI Developer Track: Designed for those who want to build applications using AI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI APIs, combined with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Who Should Apply?
The programme is open to anyone aged 18 years and above who can commit to in-person training five days a week for six months in Abeokuta. Ideal candidates are curious, self-driven, and ready to solve real-world problems using AI.
In addition to hands-on mentorship and training, successful fellows will gain access to real-world projects, certification, and post-programme opportunities including internships, jobs, and startup support.
