The Ihifix Innovation Foundation is calling for applications to its Upskill MSME Virtual Training Program, a fully online initiative designed to equip micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with the digital tools, business skills, and funding they need to scale and succeed in today’s digital economy.
The two-month virtual program combines live workshops, self-paced courses, and a practical hackathon, culminating in a pitch competition with up to ₦600,000 (approximately $3,000) in funding available for top-performing participants.
Program Breakdown

Live Virtual Workshop (Kickoff Session):
The program begins with a 3–4 hour interactive webinar led by expert trainers. Participants will learn about business model innovation, digital marketing, scaling strategies, and financial planning. The session will include live case studies, goal-setting exercises, and Q&A. -
Self-Paced Online Courses (Google & HP Certified):
After the live session, participants will access curated courses on e-commerce, social media advertising, cybersecurity, business strategy, and ICT tools. These modules offer flexibility for participants to learn at their own pace. -
Hackathon and Pitch Competition:
In the final stage, participants will apply their learning to a business challenge by pitching digital solutions for growth. Finalists will compete for funding, toolkits, and public recognition.
