The Michael Taiwo Foundation has officially opened applications for its 2025 Graduate Study Support Program, a flagship initiative aimed at helping academically talented African students secure postgraduate admissions abroad.

The program, which commenced on June 16, 2025, provides financial assistance and mentorship for applicants pursuing master’s or doctoral studies in top institutions across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

According to the foundation, the scheme is specifically designed to support recent graduates and final-year students from underrepresented communities who demonstrate strong academic potential and ambition.

What the Program Offers

Successful applicants will benefit from:

• One-on-one mentorship by seasoned professionals with international academic experience

• Full payment for standardized test registrations such as GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, or IELTS

• Support for up to six graduate school application fees

• Payment for four additional score report requests

Eligibility Criteria

The program welcomes:

• Final-year undergraduates and recent graduates of any discipline

• Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent)

• Candidates with compelling academic records and personal statements

The foundation emphasizes that it takes a holistic approach to selection and encourages all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of financial background.
