Australia’s ‘most sexually active woman’ hospitalised after sleeping with 583 men in a day

Annie Knight, a 27-year-old OnlyFans creator who brands herself as “Australia’s most sexually active woman,” has been hospitalised after reportedly sleeping with 583 men in one day as part of a controversial adult challenge.

Knight shared a video update from her hospital bed on Wednesday, explaining that she sought medical attention following severe cramps and unusual bleeding that began shortly after the event was filmed on Sunday.

Initially, doctors suspected the symptoms were the result of intense physical activity, but later determined that her condition was linked to a flare-up of endometriosis—a chronic illness in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside of it. Knight attributed the flare-up to stress rather than the event itself.

“I started getting bad cramps and pain and decided to go to the hospital,” Knight told Perth Now. “They ran tests and found that my endometriosis had been exacerbated, mostly by stress.”

Endometriosis affects millions of women worldwide and is known to cause heavy periods, chronic pain, and fatigue. Though the exact cause remains unclear, it is believed to be influenced by genetics, immune dysfunction, and environmental factors. Treatments focus on managing symptoms, often through hormonal therapy or surgery.

This incident marks Knight’s second hospital visit in recent months. Her fiancé, Henry Brayshaw, posted a photo of her during her latest stay, joking in the caption, “Wonder where the life support switch is?”

The couple, who got engaged just a week after officially dating, have a ten-year friendship history. Despite her recent hospitalization and engagement, Knight has made it clear that she intends to continue with her adult entertainment goals, including plans to sleep with 1,000 men before the end of 2025.

While Knight maintains an open relationship, she revealed that Brayshaw is expected to remain monogamous. “He accepts me for who I am,” she said, adding that their bond is rooted in years of deep understanding and support.
