2Face Joins Politics: Appointed Adviser by Benue Governor

Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has appointed internationally acclaimed music icon, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Face or 2Baba, as the Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach.

2Face, who hails from Okpokwu Local Government Area in Benue South Senatorial District, is expected to leverage his influence and experience in the entertainment industry to strengthen the state government’s engagement with the creative sector and improve communication at the grassroots level.

The appointment, announced on Wednesday, is seen as part of the administration’s broader efforts to foster youth development and promote cultural identity through strategic partnerships with key figures in the entertainment space.
