Popular Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has sparked emotional reactions online after revealing a profound near-death experience. In a heartfelt Instagram post on Thursday, Ogala claimed she died, visited heaven, and was sent back to earth by a divine voice.
“I may not have much time now. I have to speak up. I died a few days ago. God gave me a second chance,” she wrote, sharing what she described as a life-altering spiritual encounter.
According to the actress, the moment was peaceful and surreal. She described heaven as a majestic place where she was free from earthly worries, portraying herself as a queen surrounded by gold coins and servants.
“I saw myself in heaven. Very peaceful. All my burdens were lifted. I didn’t want to come back. It was so cool and smooth. The feeling is out of this world. I was a queen. I had servants and gold coins everywhere. Believe me, this is what I saw,” Ogala explained.
In a short video accompanying the post, the actress further recounted, “I died as you are seeing me here. I was dead physically but I was in heaven. And God said to me, ‘My child, go back, it’s not your turn yet.’”
She added that she was led through a beautiful heavenly passage before being gently told to wait for her time on earth to be complete.
The actress’s revelation has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans and followers, some of whom were moved by her testimony, while others expressed skepticism. Ogala’s experience adds her voice to a growing number of celebrities sharing personal spiritual encounters.
